Wondermom Wannabes might be wondering why I am talking about senior citizens on a website about moms.
Your Parents Living Situation Will Probably Change
Well, the simple reality is that sometime along your mothering path, your own mother (and father) will start to transition from looking after you to needing to be looked after.
For some, this may mean a new addition to the household. For others, it will mean helping to find a suitable assisted living facility.
Since your mother or father has several decades of living in their own home, group living will likely be an adjustment for them and might raise some unexpected challenges like distinguishing their items from their roommate’s belongings.

This is something I”d not thought of. I have ordered from them before for child labels. But seniors need them too!!! Lots of seniors live in assistant homes and need to keep up with their things. Great post.

Unfortunately things do seem to disappear out of one room and into another whether it be a nursing home or an assisted living space. Not that anyone means to take someone else’s property-they just forget. These labels will help the “staff” figure out what belongs to who.
