How many of us have used a phone with a cracked screen? Having declined the insurance on our phone, we took our chances and then found ourselves with a cracked phone and no way to replace it without parting with hundreds of dollars or downgrading to a non-smartphone even though we’ve become reliant on our smartphone to give us directions and check the weather. So, we decide to wait out our contract until we are eligible for a new phone and we continue to use our phone with the cracked screen.
