The signup form is near the bottom of the post, under the heading, “Printable Productivity Planner” There’s an image of the planner and then words, “Free Productivity Planner & Challenge Sheet Get it sent right to your inbox” Then, there’s a place for you to put your email address. Then, you just click on the blue button with the words “yes please” and you’ll be sent the free printable.
