In reply to Hermine. It's under the heading, HOW TO GET THE PRINTABLE DINOSAUR CHORE CHART WITH REWARD COUPONS. It says "Get it sent right to your inbox" then there's a place to fill in your email address. Under that it says, "yes please." Do you see those things?

In reply to Kristin. Right under where it says to fill in the form, is a place to enter your email address. Just enter your email address in that space and then hit the "yes, please" blue button.
