I’m going to reformulate with low carb ingredients and cut way down on the large amount of sprinkles, then maybe add a little bit of red and blue food color to each half of the dough to give it some color. I am NOT one of those Keto people that cut carbs extremely to lose weight but I do have to adjust my insulin for every carb I eat!

Yes, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to five days. If you want to keep it longer, scoop it into balls and freeze individually for a month.
