I’m a sucker for a good makeover. Whether it be a frumpy mom turned beautiful vixen or cluttered closet to organized bliss, a good transformation always fills me with a rush of optimism and hope for the future. I especially love home makeovers because often, just a few key pieces and perhaps a layer of paint, can magically transform an entire room.
Today I’m sharing an amazing transformation in the living room of fashion blogger Justin Livingston. The space morphs from sad frat to sophisticated bachelor pad. Justin enlisted the help of interior design startup Homepolish to create some major design magic with furnishings from West Elm. Incorporating color without making things look like a candyland and used furnishings that did not crowd the already small space are just some of the tips and tricks used.
