This is my husband’s department. I’ll have to tell or ask him about this. It’s definitely good to get your car maintained. You just never know when mishaps can happen, especially since you have a husband in the military who might not be able to help you right away.

I love Pep Boys! I used to take my car to them to them all of the time. Now we don’t live close to Pep Boys. These are all great tips!

I think it is so important to take good care of my car and to keep up with regularly scheduled maintenance appointments. I know it will make my care run smoothly in the long run.

This is soooo important! I am lucky and my hubby takes care of all of this right now. However, when we first got together (over 10 years ago) he made sure that I knew how to do it all myself. So I now know how to change my oil and all!

Gone are the days I can say I remember to do my maintenance. After we had the kiddo, I barely have time to look at the tires, much less do work. Thank goodness for my Acura dealership 🙂 lol.

Hum–even I could throw some of that into my gas tank–I can not pump gas due to the fact hat my hands and arm are no longer strong enough-but I think I might be able to manage this.

I need to do most of the above! I actually went and cleaned out my car today and vacuumed it well! Now I’m looking for some spot remover for cars to clean the carpet! I’m ready to take better care of my car!

These are terrific tips! I totally agree with you on them. I learned a hard lesson recently with my car. I didn’t get the tires rotated like I was supposed to and ended up replacing all 4 tires because there was an alignment issue I wasn’t aware of. My car isn’t even 2 years old so that was a hard and expensive lesson for me.
