In reply to Kristin Brown. Sorry that I didn't see this sooner Kristin. You can use milk instead of cream but the result will be less rich. To offset this, use 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk and 1 tablespoon butter.

Made this thissmorning and it was very good. I used milk instead of cream and it came out great. I think next time I’ll use sausage instead of bacon just for variety. Maybe add a little cheddar also. Thank you for this recipe.

I made this yesterday for Sunday Breakfast. I did cook (baked) the bacon prior to placing in recipe. Delicious!!! Fast!!! and I believe you could alter it to your taste. Cooked broccoli for spinach, Add some mushrooms or peppers for more color and change up seasonings.
