I wanted a quick and easy recipe to show my family how easy it is too cook a delicious meal in an instant pot on vacation. This recipe was perfect! There aren’t a lot of ingredients and the results were amazing! My family was so impressed and now my aunt wants an instant pot! Thank you!

In reply to Jen. No, the pasta will need about the same time to cook. The total cooking time will be shorter though because the pot will come to pressure faster minus the chicken.

Wow! This is amazing, easy and SO delicious! Both my kids agreed it should be marked as a favorite. I used fresh spinach and mozzarella because I had some. I was concerned about adding the Alfredo sauce before pressure cooking, but it turned out wonderfully. And to the previous comment, I used Brest meat and it was very tender when done.

Do you use breast or thighs in this recipe? Won’t breast meat not be as tender after so lon in the pressure cooker?
Otherwise it looks very yummy.
