In reply to Carol. Most recipes use a 6 qt. instant pot. The recipes will work in a 6 qt. or 8 qt. instant pot. The recipes will not work in a 3 qt. instant pot.

In reply to Linda. You can store it covered at room temperature for 3-5 days. They have bundt cake storage containers you can buy. If you don't have one, you can slice it up to fit whatever storage containers you have.
