You press the crust mixture into the pan and 3/4 of the way up the side before you put it into the freezer. Then, after you make the filling, you take the crust out of the freezer and pour in the filling. These instructions were in the blog post, but not in the recipe card, so I added it there. Thank you for pointing out that those instructions were missing.]]></description>

<p>You press the crust mixture into the pan and 3/4 of the way up the side before you put it into the freezer.
