Just BEING there when you’re needed, lending an ear or just laying in bed and watching a movie can make another persons’ whole day!

I personally have been through so much in my life and I totally agree. Sometimes I think the best way to help a friend in need is to not say anything at all. As long as they know that you are there when they need you, that is most important. Like they say, “Actions speak louder than words.”
