I am a list maker also, if it’s not on my list it normally doesn’t get done. I don’t mind hosting dinners but what I do hate is those guests that show up two hours early. To me, that is just rude and puts my schedule in a tizzy. I am a person that has everything laid out and when they show up they want to chit chat and I am busy busy busy and it just doesn’t work out that way and it gets me all frazzled.

You are very organized. I don’t usually host a crowd, so it’s not one of my huge worries. I’ve never had the stuffed acorn squash, just roasted with butter and honey or brown sugar in it.

I would love to celebrate thanksgiving with anyone who does but because I am from the country that does not have this holiday it is sad for me but I think thanksgiving day is just like Fiestas here in the Philippines.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday too because it’s not distracted by anything else except one thing, food! I love the family togetherness and the fact that we are all there just to love and appreciate one another. It’s great!
