Hi Kay, thanks for your questions. First, I don't have an ice cream maker which is one reason I only share no-churn recipes. As a result, I don't have any knowledge about how to adjust this recipe for your cuisinart maker. My best GUESS, would be to keep the measurements the same but skip the whipping of the cream. Then, churn in your ice cream maker for 30 minutes. As to your second question, you shouldn't need to add more extract. The bubble gum is really just a fun add-in. The flavor doesn't really transfer from the bubble gum pieces to the cream so omitting them won't change the flavor. I hope this helps!

Hi,I came across your post on Bubblegum Ice cream and I have a couple of questions.
!. I have a cuisinart ice cream maker, I think it's 2 qt. I would like to use it to make this ice cream, is there any adjustments I need to make?
2. I don't want to add bubble gum, I only want to use the extract, should I adjust the amount of extract?
