I love the tips you shared on traveling with kids. I love to take my grandchildren on a trip but have one problem. The youngest is very smart and could but the eldest is severely autistic and mostly non verbal and could never comprehend these games. Any tips for that child would be greatly appreciated.

She is definitely brave. I drive 20 minutes with my kids in the car and they can give me headache on the spot. I admire moms who can bear the arguing and fighting and crying while they are driving. I can’t..

My Dad always had me playing the license plate number game and the one finding the letters of the alphabet (in order of course) on signs etc that we passed. These games have been around for a very long time!! Some of these I never heard of but sound like they would have kept me occupied back when. (way before the advent of computers, etc!)
