I keep a roller in my purse that isn’t specifically for headaches but it has lavender in it and I find that it works to keep me calmer in various situations (like crazy traffic). I purchased it through a demonstration and don’t have the recipe so I don’t know the exact amounts of each oil – only the ones that were used.
Also, it has worked when my daughter has an itchy mosquito bite!
