In reply to Stacy. In the recipe it does say "salt to taste" so that means you can use as little as you'd like. If you try it with less vanilla and less salt, come back and let us know how you like it. Maybe some of my readers would like to try it that way also, if you like it.

Too much salt. I would cut it in half and the vanilla could be less too. Maybe 2 tsps instead of a tablespoon
