With Mother’s Day just a few days away, I thought you might enjoy this infographic I found on Fitness, Fashion, Family. I’m considering printing it off and leaving it laying around the house somewhere the kids will see it….

  1. I couldn’t agree with this graphic more. Mothers are willing to die for their kids. Mother’s love can move mountains if it’s for her children.

    • Well said! I didn’t know how much strength I possessed until I had children and became responsibility for their safety.

  2. The info-graphic shows almost everything about moms. Moms are just amazing. That is the reason my mom is the most important person in my life.

  3. Mom’s do so much more than people realize. I always say I worked less when I had a job outside the home than I do no, there are no breaks, no vacations, no sick days, no pay and yet it is still so much better.

  4. I find it really funny that this includes 2 hours of relaxation. I never get that amount…not even with a teenager…lol.

  6. You would be more subtle than my Mother who told me there is a red handbag in Dillards right when you walk in to the left next to a blue and black one. That was all she said, lol! Love the infographic. Hope you have a Happy Mother’s Day and get a day off!

    • Perhaps not so subtle–My hubby reads my blog so he’s certainly already made note of the request. 🙂

  7. Your Balzac quote is the best! I am going to take your advice from another article and tape that to my kid’s bathroom mirror. I agree that a day off is the best gift I could have right now. My husband gets the weekends off quite often, but I am always at work. I love my job, cooking especially, but I could really use a break every once in a while to share a glass of Virginia wine with my friends. I pedicure would probably take second place . . .
    Thanks for the article!
